Overview

The Project Management Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day delivery of client engagements, focusing on keeping projects running smoothly and delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people and team management.
• Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 preferred).
• Experience in project management within a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and adapt communication style.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and administration skills.
• Clear thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to personal development.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and challenge the team.
