The Project Management Team Lead at SpryPoint will lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring exceptional project delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while directly managing select strategic client implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of enterprise project management experience.
• Minimum 4-6 years directly managing Project Managers.
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable certification is an asset.
• Post-secondary degree in project management or related field.
• Experience with performance management and team scaling.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Resourcefulness and commitment to understanding utility industries.
