Overview

The Specialist in Systems and Processes will work to improve, develop, and implement best practices within the teams while optimizing system use.

In Short

• Coordinate and execute continuous improvement plans.
• Evaluate and document procedures for Technical Records & Engineering departments.
• Support standardization of processes across departments.
• Collaborate on system data correction.
• Document system configuration modifications.
• Perform user tests during system updates.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in user training material development.
• Monitor KPIs and data quality.
• Act as AMOS superuser for relevant departments.

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in airline technical operations.
• Experience or certification in continuous improvement.
• Excellent knowledge of AMOS software.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvements.
• Ability to work well in a team.
