Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, inventive and technical marketer with a passion for scaling SaaS, to help us drive growth for TrackingTime across all its features and funnels, generating a real transformation across our product, processes and all acquisition channels.

In Short

• Drive product growth initiatives and improve feature adoption.
• Manage marketing automation workflows within Intercom.
• Oversee data management and dashboard maintenance.
• Lead conversion rate optimization through A/B testing.
• Collaborate with marketing and CX teams for data-driven insights.
• 2+ years of experience in growth hacking or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in growth hacking or digital marketing.
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or mobile app growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Expertise in A/B testing and result analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools preferred.
