Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in finance, ideally in investment banking or startups.
• Experience with external audit or consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge in financial planning and cash flow management.
• Proficient with financial tools and ERP systems.
• Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
