In Short

  • Handle customer service calls and answer billing questions.
  • Make policy changes as requested.
  • Identify cross-sell/service opportunities.
  • Offer additional products to increase retention.
  • Handle inbound calls from Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Motor North America.
  • Ensure the best experience for Toyota employees.
  • Contribute to the organization’s bottom line.
  • Step into sales agent role as needed.
  • Maintain service quality and metrics.
  • Adapt to changes in business requirements.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred, solid work experience appreciated.
  • 5 years insurance sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year insurance customer servicing experience.
  • Previous experience with luxury carriers preferred.
