Requirements

• Valid Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family, Professional Counselor, or Mental Health Counselor License in California.
• At least two years of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Experience with clients aged 65 and older.
• Proof of professional liability insurance required.
• Active NPI is necessary.
• Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
• Comfortable with technology and teletherapy.
• Existing Medicare credentialing is a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
