Business Analyst - SailPoint IAM Rollout - Remote

Overview

To.Scale, on behalf of one our clients, a major Vehicle Manufacturing based in Brussels, is looking for a Business Analyst who can help rolling out SailPoint IdentityIQ (IAM) across its entire European ecosystem.

In Short

• Work with business stakeholders to analyze and migrate identity/account processes to SailPoint.
• Translate as-is and to-be process flows into structured requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects to identify gaps and design scalable fixes.
• Gather user/system data (from AD, LDAP, etc.) and validate assumptions.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, conduct deep-dive analysis sessions.
• Prepare functional test cases based on requirements and assist with delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis.
• Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Ability to work with complex systems and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
