A cutting-edge digital marketing agency is seeking a talented D2C Marketing & Advertising Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing our client portfolio, streamlining operations, and driving business growth through sustained client relationships.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for clients.
• Create weekly reports for client base.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Support tailored digital strategies for clients.
• Propose and execute digital projects to boost client ROI.
• Address client inquiries promptly.
• Manage ongoing client projects and deliverables.
• Track and manage active projects in Click-up.
• Monitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics.
• Maintain client communications and schedules.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role.
• 2+ years in Digital Marketing, ideally with a marketing agency.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords + Analytics.
• Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite.
• Familiarity with additional marketing tech tools.
• Strong client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and project management ability.
• Ability to handle client scheduling and onboarding efficiently.
• Manage task completion in ClickUp and Slack.
• Support onboarding new clients.
