Requirements

• 3+ years in creating performance-driven ad creatives.
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated visuals that meet performance goals.
• Fluency with major image and video AI tools.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion.
• Experience in prompt engineering and post-production tools.
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of creative KPIs.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
