Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will support custom application and data analytics projects through the full software development life cycle, focusing on Natural Heritage Programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in business analysis or product ownership for enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Experience leading workshops with natural resource clients.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in backlog management tools like Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with workflows related to element tracking and species observation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• CSPO, PBA, CBAP, or CCBA preferred.
