In Short

Own the development of key Timely app enhancements and features across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate solutions and define well-scoped stories.
Participate in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Identify and advocate for addressing tech-debt and improving app performance.
Engage with customers to understand user challenges and ideate solutions.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

2+ years experience building production web apps, proficient in React and Python.
Experience with unit and integration tests; familiarity with TDD is a plus.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
Adherence to agile software development principles and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
