Overview

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at TIM Company GmbH, you will develop creative campaigns and work with exciting personalities to create real impact in the health and aesthetics sector.

In Short

• Plan, implement, and manage influencer campaigns in hair transplants, dental treatments, and aesthetic medicine.
• Identify, acquire, and negotiate contracts with relevant influencers (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Maintain and expand the existing influencer network.
• Organize content productions, trips, and shooting days (including international).
• Analyze performance, track KPIs, and report on success.
• Collaborate with the video team, content management, and marketing.
• Develop new creative campaign ideas and viral formats.

Requirements

• Initial to several years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the health/beauty sector.
• Proficient in social networks, trends, and influencer platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation confidence, and organizational talent.
• Independent and structured working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Native-level German, good English skills (additional languages like Turkish or French are a plus).
• Willingness to travel (1–2 times per quarter possible).
