QA Engineer - Test Automation - Remote

Overview

As a QA Engineer - Test Automation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts for both Android and iOS applications, ensuring high-quality releases through continuous integration and shift-left testing practices.

• Develop and maintain automated test cases using C#.
• Utilize Selenium and Appium for mobile test automation.
• Integrate tests into Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Execute cross-device tests using BrowserStack.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain coding standards.
• Implement tests using Gherkin syntax (e.g., SpecFlow).
• Ensure traceability by tagging tests with ADO work item IDs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared test libraries.
• Work on both iOS and Android testing.
• Understand test pyramid and shift-left testing principles.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience with Appium, Selenium, and BrowserStack.
• Knowledge of Gherkin/SpecFlow for BDD-style test writing.
• Experience with mobile test automation.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including pipelines.
• Understanding of test management principles.
