Overview

Thrive Market is looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee our Marketing spend and partner with the business units to optimize spend relative to our Customer Lifetime Value.

• Analyze historical Marketing ROI and leverage predictive models.
• Drive strategy changes in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure profitable member growth within a LTV/CAC framework.
• Report and analyze growth campaigns and spend by categories.
• Create and maintain a customer quality scorecard.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and build financial models.
• Serve as primary finance business partner to the CMO and Marketing team.
• Work cross-functionally to understand each driver.
