Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Threads Styling, you will play a key role in stabilising, optimising, and transforming our core systems while helping shape the future of AI-enabled commerce.

Contribute to projects at all stages of their life cycle
Involved in problem discovery and product development
Accountable end-to-end, through planning, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring
Write high-quality code and improve test automation
Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver value to customers

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers
Balance short-term improvements with long-term scalability
Work closely with Product, Data Science, and UX teams

Requirements

Experience in software engineering and system design
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code
Experience with test automation frameworks
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers
