Dayforce Payroll Consultant - Remote

Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide Dayforce consulting support for all aspects of the assigned Dayforce Projects.

In Short

• Participate in all stages of the delivery lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support).
• Gather customer requirements and configure the Ceridian solution.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior consultants.
• Identify risks and work with the team to resolve them.
• Implement Dayforce Payroll features and functionality.
• Map time data to payroll and set up reports.
• Consult and provide best practices on new product functionality.
• Document and validate customer’s business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting minutes.
• Participate in Continuing Education sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years experience in Cloud Based Software delivery.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with change management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Desire to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
