Dayforce GL Consultant - Remote

Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide Dayforce GL consulting support for all aspects of the assigned Dayforce Projects.

In Short

• Participate in all stages of the delivery lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support).
• Gather customer requirements and configure the Dayforce solution.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior consultants.
• Identify risks and work with the team to resolve them.
• Configure basic and advanced general ledger information within Dayforce.
• Audit and test the configuration.
• Consult on best practices and recommendations for new product functionality.
• Document and validate customer’s business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting minutes.
• Participate in internal project meetings and provide status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years experience in Cloud Based Software delivery.
• 3-5 years of software delivery experience preferred.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing and HRIS/ERP systems preferred.
• Experience with ERPs like SAP, UKG, PeopleSoft is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience with change management is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity with confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
