Dayforce Consultant - Remote

Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide Dayforce consulting support for all aspects of the assigned Dayforce Projects.

In Short

• Participate in all stages of the delivery lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support).
• Gather customer requirements and configure the Ceridian solution.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior consultants.
• Identify risks and work with the team to resolve them.
• Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting minutes.
• Provide follow-up consulting and general assistance.
• Contribute to internal product initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Complete new release training on a timely basis.
• Maintain approximately 85% billable utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years experience in Cloud Based Software delivery.
• 3-5 years of software delivery experience preferred.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing and HRIS/ERP systems preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with change management is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• High level of integrity with confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
