Investor Reporting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Investor Reporting Specialist will play a key role in preparing and reconciling performance reporting, quantitative risk analytics, due diligence materials, and other client service deliverables for Voleon’s institutional investors.

In Short

• Produce accurate and timely reporting, including fund-level performance reports and regulatory reporting.
• Respond to investor requests with best-in-class service.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Voleon’s software engineering team to enhance automation.
• Work closely with colleagues across Investor Relations and Business Development.
• Contribute to the development of Voleon’s performance reporting capabilities.
• Regular exposure to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Enhance the firm's enterprise performance data infrastructure.
• Engage in project management and analytical rigor.
• Be part of a diverse and collaborative team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investor reporting or performance analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate investor reporting.
• Strong comfort with large data sets and reporting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
• Eagerness to work with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related experience.
• Ability to travel regularly to the Berkeley office if working remotely.
