• Part-Time Data Analyst & Evaluation Specialist to track and measure program effectiveness.
• Proficient in Tableau and Submittable.
• Manage data systems and create impact dashboards.
• Support program evaluation and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to define measurable outcomes and evaluation strategies.
• Develop and maintain organized data workflows and documentation.
• Produce clear reports summarizing program outcomes and trends.
• Flexible, remote work schedule (20 hours/week).

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact setting.
• Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard management.
• Experience with Submittable or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data cleaning using Excel, Tableau Prep, or SQL.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for advancing racial equity and economic justice.
