• Provide expert litigation support services on construction matters.
• Testify as an expert witness in court regarding cost estimating opinions.
• Develop cost of repair estimates for various construction scopes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and advanced degrees in a technical or engineering field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the field.
• Prior experience as a testifying Expert Witness in construction damages.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and cost estimating.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software like Xactimate.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under stress.
• Knowledge of standard software packages (e.g., Word, Excel).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
