Overview

The Senior Student Associate in Business Operations will work with the OnRamps team to support various services including Accounting, Purchasing, and HR, while gaining valuable experience in a real-world setting.

In Short

• Part-time position for undergraduate students at UT Austin.
• Supports invoicing and payments, HR data entry, and procurement processes.
• Remote work from Austin, Texas.
• Up to 15 hours per week, schedule to be determined with supervisor.

• Salary range of $12.00 to $14.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student at The University of Texas at Austin.
• Organized and flexible with a high level of accuracy.
• Able to learn new software systems quickly.
• Available for shifts of at least two hours between 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday – Friday.
• Experience in administrative support is preferred.
• References and a letter of interest required.
