Overview

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the effectiveness of advertising projects and campaigns, document successes, and seek more efficient means for improving online advertising campaigns while working with major clients.

In Short

• Develop and implement company-wide Paid Media strategies.
• Responsible for performance and results of all Paid Media campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize budgets, campaign strategy, and performance indicators.
• Select and implement new Paid Media channels.
• Conduct tests and experiments to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with other departments (CRM, Design, ASO, Martech).
• Develop performance reports and analyses for clients and stakeholders.
• Create training programs for team and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support the development of junior/mid-level Paid Media specialists.

Requirements

• Good ASO knowledge with over 2 years of experience in managing performance campaigns.
• Experience with platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Performance monitoring and cross-channel KPI analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and systematically.
• Fluency in English and openness to diversity.
