Media Specialist for NFL Shoot Operations - Remote

Overview

This position is designed to facilitate unique projects requiring a media specialist on or near the shoot location while handling daily Remote Operation responsibilities.

In Short

• Test and manage inventory of DIT & Wrangler equipment.
• Communicate with Media Management for media deliveries.
• Document all cards and shoot details.
• Ingest media cards into storage devices.
• Coordinate logistics with director and production team.
• Report media status via Footage Flow App.
• Ensure all media is accounted for before returning cards.
• Willing to travel and be on call during shoots.
• Assist in recruiting new Wranglers.
• Prepare OneNote and Teams for the upcoming season.

Requirements

• Preferred college degree in film/television production.
• Advanced computer skills required.
