We are seeking a skilled mid-level Salesforce DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic Salesforce team. This role combines development operations expertise with security best practices to ensure our Salesforce platform delivers secure, reliable, and compliant solutions for our healthcare operations.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce deployments
• Collaborate with development teams on secure coding practices
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce application performance and security
• Implement automated testing frameworks within deployment pipelines
• Conduct security assessments of Salesforce applications
• Manage version control and code promotion processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor junior team members on DevSecOps best practices
• Provide technical support for release management
• Create and maintain documentation for DevSecOps processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, with focus on Salesforce platforms
• Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
• Understanding of security best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
• Strong problem-solving skills specific to Salesforce challenges
