Data Entry Intern - Remote

Overview

The Data Entry Intern will play a critical role in ensuring our Salesforce records are accurate, complete, and structured adequately before we move to our new software. This internship offers hands-on experience with CRM systems and data integrity in a professional environment.

In Short

• Review and update account and contact-level records for completeness and accuracy.
• Cross-reference Salesforce records against provided documents to ensure currency and accuracy.
• Perform high-volume data cleanup tasks in Salesforce.
• Identify and manage duplicate entries in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
• Maintain a weekly log of records cleaned and tasks completed.
• Assist with administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
• Support ad hoc data projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data entry errors.
• Comfortable managing data in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
