Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our marketing team to execute impactful campaigns, build a strong community, and enhance our brand presence. This position is perfect for an organized and creative individual with a passion for brand-building and community engagement. You’ll collaborate across teams, work on exciting activations, and play a key role in connecting our brand with new consumers, as well as keeping our loyal fans engaged.

In Short

• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
• Manage team projects in Asana and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee and maintain the Brand Master Calendar.
• Coordinate creative requests and manage product seeding efforts.
• Manage social media interactions and curate user-generated content.
• Assist with the Long Squad program for community engagement.
• Reporting on marketing performance and community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• 1-3 years of Marketing and/or event coordination experience preferred.
• Bonus: Experience in the alcoholic beverage or CPG industry.
