In Short

• Manage all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and interface with each department.
• Ensure programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters.
• Responsible for budget development, maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Keep programs on time and focused on primary objectives.
• Provide ongoing updates to internal team members and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty.
• Manage external suppliers and resources.
• Assist in training new account team members.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized and adept at multitasking/prioritizing.
• Willingness to motivate others.
• Experience in healthcare communications is preferred.
