In Short

• Liaise with cross-functional teams to fulfill client requests
• Communicate regularly with clients on key issues
• Develop project estimates and oversee junior team work
• Prepare comprehensive project scopes
• Ensure regular project status meetings
• Prepare billing and forecast income
• Lead complex projects with minimal supervision
• Support and/or lead team initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of project management experience
• Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on digital projects
• Solid understanding of interactive mediums
• Strong understanding of development technologies
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Project
