Overview

The Jed Foundation (JED) is a nonprofit organization that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for our nation’s teens and young adults. JED seeks a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to guide the strategy, execution, and performance of its critical digital asset: JedFoundation.org.

In Short

• Lead the redesign of JedFoundation.org to serve diverse audiences.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with designers to create user-centric solutions.
• Translate user research into product requirements.
• Oversee QA testing and launch preparations.
• Guide a cross-department team for ongoing product optimization.
• Analyze site performance for data-driven improvements.
• Develop and communicate the product roadmap.
• Enhance discoverability of mental health resources.
• Design conversion pathways for lead generation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital product management.
• Experience with large-scale product redesigns.
• Strong technical literacy with CMS and analytics tools.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in an agile/scrum environment.
• Proven success in optimizing digital funnels.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility.
• Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM integrations.
• Experience in social impact or behavioral health is a plus.
