• Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft-based infrastructure.
• Certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, or related fields are preferred.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
