The IMA Group is hiring a Licensed Psychologist for a structured, evaluation-based role with built-in flexibility. This position focuses on psychological assessments only—no ongoing therapy, no crisis work, and no caseload management.

In Short

• Conduct psychological evaluations and Mental Status Exams
• Perform cognitive/IQ testing as needed
• Assess functional abilities and workplace limitations
• Complete structured reports using a streamlined digital system
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
• No therapy, treatment planning, or follow-ups
• Consistent weekday hours — no on-call

Requirements

• PhD, PsyD, or Master’s in Psychology
• Active state license
