Regional Banking Business Analyst 2 - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst 2 provides specialized support for the Regional Bank and Loan Center, assisting with reporting, maintenance, and enhancement of critical lending workflows and processes that optimize quality.

In Short

• Develops new forms, workflows, and processes to support Regional Banking colleagues and customers.
• Maintains, monitors, supports, and updates existing business processes and workflows.
• Designs new processes to meet stakeholder’s and regulatory requirements.
• Researches problems and takes appropriate action to correct.
• Tests and implements new business processes and/or system modifications.
• May develop and provide user training for new and existing applications, products, and procedures.
• Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures.
• Develops, generates, maintains, and monitors reports, files, and/or other data.
• Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to internal customers as needed.
• May act as liaison between different groups to resolve issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience developing operational or system processes and/or financial/sales reporting.
• Experience with MS Power Apps or SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a passion for service excellence.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
