Overview

The Private Banking Business Analyst II supports Private Banking operations and client-facing colleagues through processing of centralized funds movement and banking services.

In Short

• Processes centralized funds movement requests for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensures timely clearance of transactions, including client outreach for approvals.
• Assists with special projects as requested by management.
• Trains new and existing service specialists.
• Maintains and updates assigned business processes and systems.
• Researches problems and takes corrective actions.
• Tests and implements business process modifications.
• Develops and provides user training for applications and procedures.
• Generates and monitors reports and data.
• Provides specialized support to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 1+ years of Financial Industry experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
