The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking Virtual Assistant/Contracts Administrator to provide administrative support for contract negotiations and renewals in a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • German Language Skills (B2 or higher).
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • A bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
