Data Management Analyst - MIRROR - Remote

Overview

The Data Management Analyst will support the Data & Analytics Manager in managing electronic research data systems and ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical research data across multiple studies within the Military Health System.

In Short

• Support development and implementation of data management and analysis plans.
• Build and maintain REDCap databases ensuring data integrity.
• Perform data quality control tasks including data cleaning and validation.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards.
• Generate publication-ready outputs for reports and presentations.
• Assist with basic data analyses using tools like R or SPSS.
• Manage study metadata and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of SOPs and best practices.
• Identify process improvements for data workflows.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of experience in clinical data management.
• Strong experience with REDCap and data quality processes.
• Familiarity with data governance principles.
• Experience building dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Ability to generate publication-ready outputs.
• Knowledge of R, SPSS, or similar tools is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
