In Short

• Organization and implementation of video content for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Search, selection, and management of suitable performers/creators.
• Planning and execution of efficient, realistically scalable shoots.
• Management or execution of post-production/editing.
• Coordination with creation and strategy on the agency side.
• Ensuring that content is socially suitable, platform-appropriate, and realistically produced.
• Target audience: Primarily Gen Z, secondarily Gen Y and older.
• Fluent in German, proficient in English (coordination partly in English).
• Reliable, independent, and straightforward collaboration.
• Must provide verifiable references.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating social-first video content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar formats.
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation and mixed formats of real and AI-generated content.
• Experience with small to medium productions, ideally in the lifestyle, tech, or consumer space.
• Own equipment or access to it.
• Reliable and professional execution of social productions.
