• Engage directly with motivated homeowners.
• Present solutions and close deals.
• High-performance, commission-based role.
• Remote with in-person appointments required.
• Flexible schedule with evening/weekend appointments.
• Minimum 2 years of high-level closing experience required.
• Proven track record of consistent closing performance.
• Top closers can generate six-figure annual incomes.
• Base pay during onboarding period followed by commission.
• Work within EST hours as a U.S. resident.

Requirements

• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
• Relentless follow-up, accountability, and integrity.
• Organized, coachable, and obsessed with improvement.
• Experience in D2D, car sales, collections, or B2C preferred.
• Background in real estate or investment sales is a plus.
