Overview

We are seeking a Portfolio Engineer to provide technical and portfolio support for transmission and substation projects, guiding equipment testing standards and ensuring system reliability.

In Short

• Provide technical guidance for Asset Health Center equipment.
• Define technical parameters for future assets.
• Support Asset Management in maintaining spare inventory.
• Develop capital projects for substation condition items.
• Review field test results and provide recommendations.
• Provide technical support during capital projects.
• Interface with planning portfolio engineers and client management.
• Ensure project synergies are captured.
• Review client sponsor projects for alignment.
• Mentor client portfolio engineers on T&D design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of planning, transmission, or substation engineering experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes.
• Capable of working independently and in teams.
