Product Engineer for Windows - Remote

Overview

The Browser Company is building a better way to use the internet through a new browser product called Dia, aimed at enhancing user experience on Windows.

In Short

• Lead the UI development of Dia for Windows.
• Contribute to architecture and user experience decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Infrastructure, and Data Teams.
• Tackle performance optimization and compatibility challenges.
• Onboard and familiarize with the team and codebase.
• Own building core features of Dia on Windows.
• Mentor and pair program with newer engineers.
• Participate in product discussions and engineering meetings.
• Support the team during incidents and on-call rotations.
• Engage in feedback and improvement discussions.

Requirements

• Experience building high-quality Windows applications.
• Proficiency in C++ or similar languages.
• Attention to detail in UI design.
• User-centric mindset for creating intuitive experiences.
• Collaborative approach to knowledge sharing.
• Ability to work with team members in Eastern Time Zone.
