Overview

The Senior Level Customer Engineer at Boeing Global Services will act as the main technical point of contact for airline and leasing customers, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise in retrofit modification requirements.

In Short

• Engage with customers to understand retrofit modification requirements.
• Review aircraft configurations and provide technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
• Solid background in aviation engineering.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with airline and/or leasing organizations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
• Proven relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with EASA Part 21 design organizations preferred.
