The Boeing Company is seeking Associate or Mid-Level Electrical/Electronics Manufacturing Engineers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with engineering teams and factory mechanics.

In Short

• Engage in the implementation of technical solutions into the build plan.
• Analyze and improve design/build concepts for producible product definition.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify anomalies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during production.
• Collaborate with mechanics and electricians on manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate across teams to implement new engineering principles.
• Apply technical knowledge to innovate manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a production environment is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related fields.
• Experience in an engineering discipline and production environment.
• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Preferred: 3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or CATIA.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronics engineering.
