The Boeing Company is seeking an Industrial Security Manager to oversee classified security programs and ensure operational goals are met.

• Manage classified security programs at various levels.
• Develop and execute project and process plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Security.
• 5+ years in personnel, physical, and communications security.
• 3+ years in team leadership.
• Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.
• Successful completion of a Tier 5 Investigation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in the Defense or Aerospace environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Drug testing compliance required.
