Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably with UK-based clients.
• Experience preparing management accounts and financial statements.
• Proficient in Xero; knowledge of Dext, Syft, and BrightPay is a plus.
• Solid understanding of UK accounting principles, VAT, and payroll basics.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Stable internet connection and suitable remote working setup.
