The Athletic seeks a highly proactive Designer to join our growing commercial design team, playing a central role in delivering branded content and innovative interactive experiences.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with collaboration on cross-functional teams.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing a variety of designs.
• Experience in developing great user experiences.
• A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Interest in motion design is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Interest in sports, digital media, or advertising is a bonus.
