Overview

As the first QA hire on the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the platform by testing new features and functionality.

Join Platform Team to QA new features and functionality in sprint as developers complete tasks
Work with product and leadership to understand user flows and expectations
Regression test existing platform functionality before major releases
Build out automated regression suite using Selenium/Eggplant/etc
Provide first line support to sales and customer success reporting platform bugs
Perform initial investigation, reproduce behavior, and confirm expected behavior
Prioritize and plan with product and Platform leadership

Requirements

Experience in QA testing
Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium and Eggplant
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills
