In Short

• Assist in ensuring event schedules and meetings are communicated to Teton Ridge employees and contractors.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting to oversee budgets and ensure timely athlete payments.
• Assist in the coordination of domestic and international venue and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure entry rules and deadlines are adhered to in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Update and maintain the athlete qualification, scoring and confirmation process.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote ticket sales and event awareness.
• Administer data operations related to Teton Ridge’s Owned Sports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in rodeo operations, event management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in the Western sports and media industry or a passion for the Western lifestyle is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
