In Short

• Responsible for all miners and their maintenance at dependent sites.
• Coordinate and lead repair tasks to maintain optimal readiness.
• Develop and manage planning for optimal inventory levels.
• Support the team in ensuring availability of raw materials and components.
• Manage lab site and define required investments.
• Implement maintenance and repair strategies for highest available hashrate.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.

Requirements

• A technical oriented bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in electronics.
• Strong work ethics and “safety first” attitude.
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work at all levels.
