Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience building and deploying crypto wallets and DeFi protocols.
• Experience with NodeJS and React Native mobile development.
• Good C++ development experience.
• Desirable experience in building P2P applications.
• Solid grasp of software architecture principles and system design patterns.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
